Right of withdrawal for consumers (Widerrufsbelehrung)

If you are a consumer (§ 13 BGB), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us ([Full legal name]
ClockOff
[Street and house number]
[Postcode, City]
Germany, email: clockoff.de@gmail.com) by a clear statement (e.g. an email) of your decision. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the period ends.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice, using the same means of payment unless agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund. If you asked us to start the services during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount for the services provided until you told us about your withdrawal, in proportion to the full scope of the contract.

Early expiry

The right of withdrawal expires for a service contract when we have fully performed the service and only started after you expressly agreed to it and confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract is fully performed (§ 356 (4) BGB).

Business clients and cancellations

For business clients, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. If a business client cancels a project, the deposit covers work already done; any work beyond that is billed according to the effort spent. Deposits for work not yet started are refunded.
